Luke was the first player ever to get called up to the national team while still in high school.
Luke then moved to the United States to attend Georgia Tech, helping the team to the 2004 NCAA title game.
After finishing his four-year stint with the Yellow Jackets, he played parts of two seasons in the NBDL for the Fort Worth Flyers and was names to the 2007 All-Star team.
Luke finished each of his NBDL seasons in the NBA, getting called up to the Chicago Bulls in 2006 and the Blazers last season. Before signing for the Blazers, he was averaging 9.6 points, 6.9 rebounds and 1.2 blocks in just 23 minutes per game.
Luke then signed a one year deal with German Champions Brose Baskets Bamberg before returning home to Adelaide where he has just signed a one year deal with the Adelaide 36ers.
