Sixers Kill Off the Taipans
After a gutsy win against Perth in Perth the night before, the Cairns Taipans did not have the legs to compete with a fired up 36er outfit after half time. finally succumbing 107-83. Luke Schenscher was again magnificent, scoring 24 points and grabbing 16 boards in only 29 minutes. Brad Hill and Brett Maher both chipped in with 10 points each. MVP's Aaron Grabau was the Taipans top scorer with 16 points whilst Martin Cattalini scored 10.
